Hi all! Just wanted to give everyone an update and BIG thank you to everyone who came out and supported the event and donation drive. Sunday was an amazing afternoon for all of us on the board and hopefully for everyone who attended. You guys as the community, blasted our expectations for attendance and donations to oblivion! With an estimated attendance of 116 people (43 fursuiters) we were almost busting at the seams, but getting to see everyone come together to enjoy music, talk about cars, play games and make kandie to share with others was well worth it. Thanks to you all we were able to collect enough donations that we almost needed a second vehicle to carry them all! All donations were dropped off to the Thrive Youth Center this afternoon and the Thrive team wanted to let y’all know they are very appreciative and give their sincerest thanks for everything.
The S.A.F.E. board is pumped and excited to hit the ground running to continue supporting our furry community by broadcasting smaller events and planning for our next big event in the future. If you have a smaller event you would like to be broadcast, you can submit it to the calendar here.

Proceeds from donations will be used to help us achieve our goal of becoming an official non-profit and to fund the next S.A.F.E. event. We want to support our furry community with fun events that also give back to the city, but to do that, we need our community’s support as well.
